Flactrum is a brand developed within Blurpx Teknoloji Yazılım Ltd. Şti.. The founding team worked in chain restaurant and coffee operations and built the product out of the problems they saw on the floor.
Past forty branches, a spreadsheet can no longer carry what head office and the branch need to tell each other. So we wrote the one true picture.
We meet the operations teams of the chains using the product every two weeks and write the roadmap together with them.
How we work
Three principles: software that works on the floor, that can be measured, and that is easy to hand over.
Tested on the floor
Every new module is tried first at a pilot branch, during the rush. A feature that doesn’t work at the counter doesn’t ship.
One record, one definition
Revenue, waste and labour cost are calculated with the same formula at every branch; the argument about whose report is right ends.
Setup is our job
Data migration, device installation and team training are on us for the first week.
