Self-service kiosk ordering

A touch ordering screen that shortens the queue and grows the basket. The menu comes down from head office and a campaign appears the same night.

What it does

During the rush it works like a second register

The kiosk uses the same product tree and stock information as the register; an item that runs out closes on screen automatically. The order drops straight into the kitchen queue and a queue-number ticket is printed.

  • Multilingual interface (TR/EN plus any language you need)
  • Allergen, calorie and ingredient information can be made mandatory
  • Rule-based upsell and meal-completion suggestions
  • Payment by contactless card, QR and meal card
  • Remote lock and logging if a device is lost
Speed The basket on one screen Category → product → payment takes three taps.
Design Branded screen Colours, logo and product photos are managed centrally.
Stock Sold out automatically When branch stock runs out the product leaves the screen.
Maintenance Remote monitoring Device status, printer paper and connection alerts at head office.
