Every cycle ends with something released that a real branch uses.
A branch day each month
Whatever your role, you spend a day working in a branch; feedback comes first-hand.
Equipment and learning budget
Hardware of your choosing, an annual learning budget and private health insurance.
20 days + public holidays
Not unlimited, but clear. Taking leave is encouraged and on-call rotates.
Employee share plan
A Blurpx share option based on seniority; the terms are written plainly in the offer.
Three conversations, two weeks
An intro, a technical or case exercise and a team conversation. The case exercise is paid.
